Refund policy

At MOHAIR&ANGORA B.V., customer satisfaction is very important to us. In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to return their products within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  
  

• Personalized products and products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons are excluded from returns.
  
  

• The order number and invoice details must be included with the returned product.

• Returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

• If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by MOHAIR&ANGORA.
